Training for a healthy mind

Whether you’re after calmer, more focused or deeper relaxation, you can enhance your performance, outlook and well-being in a life-changing way.

At work and play

Our programmes teach you about your physical responses and help you improve them. By changing your emotional habits, you can deal better with stress and anxiety, making you better prepared at work, in business or on a sports field.

Teach yourself to think differently

By noticing your feeling and thought patterns you can teach yourself to react more positively, improving your resilience. You’ll also learn techniques to use to continue your personal development in the long term.

The changing nature of our mind

Our brains continue to be changeable throughout our lives. This is known as neuroplasticity. This ability to adapt means that we can train our brains in the same way that we train our bodies to stay healthy and to help us reach our goals.

Your focus target

Together we identify which of the three broad mind states you want to enhance and design our sessions around your goals.

Our well-being and happiness rely on being able to relax fully. That means having a calm mind that can be genuinely present and not overly occupied with distracting thoughts and worries.

This is the state of mind we should achieve through most of the day. Able to take on daily tasks and get things done, without letting stress and interruptions get on top of us.

We use this mind state for tasks that require intense levels of focus. Athletes need to find it to hit peak performance. We use a similar state for a job interview, a presentation or when undertaking critical tasks such a surgery.

Want to improve? We can help you:

  • Sharpen your thinking
  • Develop focus
  • Increase emotional control
  • Enhance your resilience
  • Boost your mood
  • Learn to help yourself
  • Manage anxiety
  • Recover from addiction
  • Ease pain
  • Improve reaction times

Rooted in mindfulness

You might already know how a mindful approach to daily life can make all the difference. Biofeedback and neurofeedback build on mindfulness with technology-based assessments which give instant feedback, so you progress faster.

Data rich feedback

Seeing your results on-screen means you can quickly change the way you respond to stimulus. You also see your improvements straight away, giving positive reinforcement that works consciously and sub-consciously.
